Quality policy
The company’s Quality policy is built upon a number of key principles:
- The ability to understand and meet the present and future needs and expectations of current and potential customers, while constantly monitoring the quality of the products and services provided, as well as market developments and competitor evolution.
- The awareness that the company’s most important resource is its people. The best professionals are distinguished by reliability, commitment, and technical expertise. To enable them to perform at their best, it is essential to understand and consider the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, creating an efficient organizational structure focused on quality. This extended structure includes not only employees, but also suppliers, partners, and associated companies, as all these parties directly influence the quality of the final product and service.
- The ability to lead the organization toward the continuous improvement of its performance, never considering the achieved level as final. The primary objective is complete customer satisfaction: a satisfied customer is a loyal customer, and satisfaction is ensured through a solid, controlled, and repeatable process capable of guaranteeing high quality standards, compliance with deadlines, and cost control.
The adoption of an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System represents for EIB not only a formal requirement, but also a concrete commitment toward customers, partners, and collaborators, aimed at ensuring reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement of business processes.
