Our engineering office is able to develop a project from its analysis to its execution. Adapting to the specific customers' requirements, we develop standard software for the best PLC and operator panel brands, such as SIEMENS, TELEMECANIQUE, IZUMI, PROFACE, OMRON. Moreover, we operate in the field of machine safety software with Siemens safety and Pilz PLCs (PSSCompact – PSS4000 - PNoz Multi)
The design is approached thanks to the solid contribution of engineers analysing - in close cooperation with the final customers - the production process and its critical factors in order to understand any useful information, the ways of operating and the customers' specialized language to use it at their advantage. Therefore, maximum importance is given to the operator's needs in terms of functionality and safety of the equipment.
Our engineering office is equipped with three CAD workstations for the development of electrical diagrams and with different software workstations not only helping in the creation of management programs tailored to the specific customer's needs but also in the use of remote support systems, thus allowing to work off-site on logic devices installed in order to meet any requirement cheaply and quickly. Moreover, great attention is given to market innovations as well as technology developments and the staff is constantly and thoroughly trained to always guarantee suitable answers to customers.
